Born on Mortis, Tara Surrel was raised as a member of the Fellowship of the Force, a group of force-users who served the Ones and helped keep balance with the Force. However, when the Chosen One was born, the Ones banished the Fellowship from Mortis. They would relocate to Odessen, a planet strongly attuned with the Force.
