TigerWiki was a minimalist system written in PHP using the wiki base to easily build a framework of community sharing. Based on roWiki, it takes its basis while adding several functionalities such as password protection and the advanced management of pages history. Moreover, this free wiki software does not require MySQL to work. It was distributed under GNU General Public License. The development of TigerWiki was discontinued in September 2007. However, a fork was born shortly afterwards to create WiKiss, the official TigerWiki successor.
