Agent Charlie Rusk is a field agent of the federal government. He arrived with Agent Frank Statler and Dr. Andrew Merliss. Nancy called them to help fight the Graboids, but instead they made the killing of Graboids illegal so they could find one and study it, knowing there would be a lot of money if they could catch one. They were last seen by Jack chasing a Graboid. Later, Merliss appeared and said that the Graboid was split open due to Shriekers, that killed Statler and Rusk. John Pappas as Rusk
