Zacchaeus Buchanan was born on June 4, 2631 to James Buchanan and Mary McAleese in the Region of Hilgar of Greater Hulstria. Buchanan is married to Alessandra Wilkins and has two sons, Jesper and Christian. He is the former Minister of Education and Culture for the Vereinigte Freiheit Allianz. He was one of the VFA hostages held by the Revolutionary Republican Army. Afters its fall, he, like many other VFA politicians, joined the successor party, the New Komeito Party.
