Roy Andrew Halpin (born October 18, 1955 in Quebec City, Quebec) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey forward who played mostly in the United Kingdom. He was inducted into the British Ice Hockey Hall of Fame in 1986. Halpin is currently the Executive Director of the Stade Uniprix|Uniprix Stadium in Montreal.
