Prospero hails from a long lineage of Storm Wizards within House Bonisagus, and comes originally from Scotland. He is the filius of Biluous, a Magus from the Covenant of Scapa Flow, in the Orkneys. He dwells currently at Le Maison d'Levrier in the Normandy Tribunal, where he is the head of that household. His chief goal is to become an Archmagus in the area of weather magic; standing in his way is the current archmagus of his lineage, Fulminatus of Tytalus. Prospero has yet to challenge him to a contest, being unsure of his talents.
