Room 216 is a room at P.S. 38. It is home to the "mysterious air vent of Room 216". It is unknown why the vent is mysterious, but apparently, it is very smelly. One of the only times when it was mentioned was in Nate Wright's comics where Francis Pope and Chad Applewhite were arguing over who would look in there.
