Mac prosecutes the doctor accused of killing Bud and Harriet's newborn daughter with Bud's obsession at bringing the doctor he believes is responsible to justice threatening both his marriage and his career at JAG and also in the United States Navy while Harm informs his mother about the existence of his half-brother after learning that Sergei has been captured.
