Valentina Navarro is Weevil and Jade Navarro's 3 year-old daughter. Weevil shows a picture of Valentina to Veronica when they bump into each other in the Neptune High Reunion. Weevil says she rules him and that he has been attending tea parties at doll stores with her. He also says that he hadn't been on his motorcycle when she was born.
