The King of All Dragons was the ruler of the realm of the dragons, the dragonlands. All dragons were his subjects and bowed to his whim. He had a Dragon Court and in many aspects the realm's organization resembled that of the Emerald Empire. It was unknown the identity or origin of this dragon.
