Blare Custer was a sim in the town of Pineview. He first appears after the return of Suzie Alido. They begin to date and overtime become fond of each other Blare then proposes. However, Suzie declines his proposal as she is still hung up over her divorce. Later Blare returns to Suzie's life and they rekindle their romance just as Suzie's insane ex-husband, Cyrus, returns to Pineview.
