Twi Chang (トゥイ・チャン, Tui Chan) was a member of the Black Order and the former Head of Asian Branch and Chang clan. She is Edgar Chang Martin's wife, Bak Chang's mother, and Zuu Mei Chang's niece, and was also the overseer of the Second Exorcist Program.
