The Energy Chain is an EX Skill from Mega Man Zero 2. Zero can learn this skill by defeating Burble Hekelot at A or S rank. It's the only skill in the game for the Chain Rod. When the Chain Rod latches onto a minor enemy, the target's energy will be slowly, gradually depleted and transferred to Zero, restoring his own health.
