Richard Bilrer (リチャード・ビルラー Richādo Birurā) commonly refered to as "Mr. Birler", is the mysterious macronized Zentradi owner of the SMS. He has multiple artificial implants in his body and some of them enable him to receive telephone calls directly into his left ear. As shown in Episodes 14 and 15, Bilrer is a model train otaku and dreams of connecting the whole galaxy using the mysterious fold quartz obtained from the Vajra. It was revealed during the final episode of the series that he has a picture of the long lost celebrity Lynn Minmay inside the fold quartz in his ring and that he intended to meet her again using the Vajra's fold communication network.
