The reason they're made is because sometimes, the "Search the RuneScape Wiki" part is not removed from the search bar. Usually this is because Javascript isn't enabled or there was a javascript error. I honestly think that most people are smart enough to realize this and perform the search again. If not, then we would honestly need to append "Search the RuneScape Wiki" to every single article name and redirect which already exist.
