The Ministry of External Relations represents Bexar’s interests to the world. It promotes international exchange and offers protection and assistance to Bexarans abroad. With its headquarters in Cuidad del Rey and a network of missions abroad, the Ministry of External Relations maintains Bexar’s relations with other countries as well as with international and supra-national organizations.
