debbie marshall is a cheerleader in the school where claire goes in season 2 when she first met clair she started to bully her and when clair wanted to be a cheerleader so than west later tells her to get back at her and they made a prank with debbie thinking claire was dead and then later the police arrived and found out that debbie had been drinking alchohol and then debbie is suspened from chearleading making claire fill in her place
