Deck 18 is to all outward appearances, completely normal, if a bit messy. But as uninteresting as it seems upon first glance, you may notice that inanimate objects move at a much slower pace than people or animals here. There is also a nasty rat problem; the Rodents of Unusual Size might be a little bigger than their regular counterparts, but they are completely disinterested in passengers.
