The forelimbs of the caster transform into flaming whips, the exact length of the whips vary between proficiency with the spell. The caster can then attack the target with the flaming whips, causing both burns and ignition of flammable objects, as well as whipping them. While the spell is in effect, the caster cannot cast spells with material components, nor can they carry items with the forelimbs. Any items that were being worn on the forelimbs at the time of casting will cease to function while the spell is active, but will not be harmed in any way.
