A fursuit is a costume of an anthropomorphic animal. Not all people who wear fursuits consider themselves to be a furry, an example being team mascots. Others that consider themselves to be furry or simply like furries, wear fursuits as a way to act out the fantasy of being an actual furry creature. These suits are often very expensive, and there are several stores online that sell them in various styles. One of the common associations given to fursuits is rave dancing and acrobatics, as fursuiters have often been videotaped performing such activities.
