It can be switched for a bonesack by talking to the Odd Old Man again. This helmet has stats similar to a steel full helm, but with a much lower armour rating. It can also be enchanted by the Odd Old Man after completing his second wish list following Fur 'n' Seek. It will then become a ram skull helm (e).
