The National Healthcare Service is a service codified within Lovia's Federal Law, which falls under the control of the Ministry of Health but was never set up. Under this the NHS "will provide free medically necessary assistance to everyone the Lovian state is responsible for". The NHS is looking to be formally implemented from November 2014; it will take some time to set up what the NHS will actually accomplish and even then there is opposition to it altogether.
