Anton Velm was a Tooin captain that called for a revolution, creating the Ooin. He was dissatisfied with the Tooin's handling of the Aan-Tooin Engagements and their adamant aggression to become a fully-fledged empire. He refused to take in any part of Tooin culture enough to alter the name of his new organization and broke off heading towards open space. Velm died before the organization, in the process of developing a government, could reach a planet to inhabit. When the Ooin arrived at a particular planet, they named it Velmooine in honor of their captain.
