Probably not. It may happen, but it would most likely be a totally new one as the Screamers horde attracting ability was given to the Boomer. Thus far the only DLCs I have heard any speculation about are 1. Bringing in the original survivors and campaigns. 2. A short DLC involving the Midnight Riders, possibly playing as them since there are 4 members.
