The description reads: Given after outstanding performance in the LEGO City Coast Guard game. Next rank is Captain. Oddly, after receiving this Badge, many players have experienced glitches in the Coast Guard game involving freezing, slow speed and loss of memory. The "nighttime" levels apparently have many glitches, as all the levels after this Badge have a dark scenery with night sky.
