Deparment of Agriculture is the government agency in charge of making and distrubing Government Cheese, evaporated milk, fresh vegetables Beef, Chicken and other nutritional foodstuffs in the can to the poorest of the poor Americans. The Great Depression soup and bread lines made this agency very popular.
