The Mystery Music Disc is an unnamed music disc introduced by BOP. The disk takes the shape of a normal Minecraft disc, except it is caked in mud and almost unrecognizable. Within the mod files, the sound file named "corruption.ogg" exists, most likely being the real disc name. There is no way to craft it. It is not known if it can be obtained or if there is some other process to obtain it. Having a skeleton shoot a creeper (the method to obtain the vanilla discs) does not work. Nonetheless, the Mystery Music Disc can be obtained via creative mode.
