Guy the Land Agent (called the Real Estate Guy by the Nimbus Station Greeter) was a Pre-Alpha and Alpha NPC who served the role NPCs such as Vance Bulwark serve now. He almost always held a mug, which he sometimes drank from. He does not appear in the final game.
