Lower Edge Tunnel is a room in Phendrana Drifts in Metroid Prime. It is a round, constructed tunnel that slopes down to an underwater section at one end and requires use of the Morph Ball to pass under a low metal blockage at the other. Although it is one of two tunnels connecting Phendrana's Edge to the rest of the Phendrana Drifts of Tallon IV, this tunnel connects it to the Hunter Cave and its counterpart, the Upper Edge Tunnel, connects Phendrana's Edge to the Frost Cave.
