Adus was one of Martel's henchman during the events of The Elenium. He was an unintelligent thug, often compared to an ape, and his muscle contrasted with the cleverness of his associate Krager. He killed Sparhawk's squire Kurik, and was later himself slain by Kurik's son Talen.
