Samol was a group of nine Delta-class DX-9 stormtrooper transports operated by the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Shortly before the Battle of Hoth, they attacked the SpecWar Fab Deep Space Manufacturing Facility and were thwarted by an Imperial Missile Boat.
