Grandma Testaburger is Wendy Testaburger's grandmother. She has not appeared in the series outside of a photograph with her granddaughter in the Testaburger family home in "Breast Cancer Show Ever". In "Tom's Rhinoplasty" her name was mentioned by Principal Victoria who told Wendy that she died. It is unknown whether she was her maternal or paternal grandmother.
