Al-Gee Binks was an ambassador from Otoh Gunga to Theed and the only Gungan living in the latter place during the late Galactic Empire, and then ambassador from Naboo to the New Republic. The son of Senator Jar Jar Binks, he was not far out of his tadpole stage when his family moved away from Theed, but he chose nonetheless to remain. Culturally he was much more like a human than a Gungan, and he spoke perfect Basic.
