Bottom Bridge was a bridge that crossed a stream near the Lovegood House. Xenophilius Lovegood claimed that his kidnapped daughter, Luna, had gone there to catch Freshwater Plimplies when he needed an excuse to stall Harry Potter before the Death Eaters he'd summoned arrived.
