The USS McCoy (NCC-58934) was a Federation Olympic-class hospital ship active in Starfleet in the early 25th century. McCoy is likely named for Admiral Leonard McCoy, the longtime chief medical officer of the USS Enterprise and Enterprise-A. In March 2411 the ship was under the command of Captain Merdok. It was assigned to a flotilla led by Captain Tyria Sark, assigned to enforce Federation protection of the Gamma Quadrant planet Yarmta. (The War of the Masters: "A Good Compromise")
