Sioun 'Jef' the Wendigo was a member of the Dreamspeaker faction of the Traditions, and involved in an attack on the Antwerp Construct (The Enemy of My Enemy). Of the three mages involved, Sioun was the most aggressive, holding the construct responsible for the destruction of his "totem" (during End Game) and violently attacking the team in the form of a tiger. Following the encounter, he was forcefully recruited into the NWO's "Atlas" program for re-education and reassignment. His current status in the program is unknown.
