Like all Power Cells the Iron Mining Cell is also an all-purpose-tool for pulling blocks, except for ore. (Already crafted) Iron Mining Cells can be found in Diamond Treasure Chests in the Corruption layer underground rarely, or can be crafted in your Crafting Menu (default key "Q") or at Crafting Tables (that still exist in worlds created before R22 on September 16th 2015) Iron Mining Cells can only be crafted after you have unlocked the recipe by taking/crafting an Obsidian Mining Cell.
