The Solar Kamehameha is Super Perfect Cell's final and most powerful attack he used at the end of the Cell Games. Super Perfect Cell stores up an enormous amount of energy for the attack and launches it into a huge and very powerful Kamehameha that has enough power to destroy the Earth along with the whole Solar System.
