Galiir Aagon was a male Human who served as an Emperor's Royal Guard, later as an Imperial Sovereign Protector, in the Galactic Empire. Though a Force-sensitive, he preferred using weapons and hand combat, as he was not very strong with the Force, and used his other strengths to make up for it. During the Galactic Civil War, he took on field missions for Emperor Palpatine, who entrusted him with a force of shadow stormtroopers, known as the Nightstalker Battalion. Their primary task was hunting down Jedi who survived Order 66 and treasonous Imperials who deserted or defected to the Alliance to Restore the Republic. Aagon, shortly before the Battle of Endor, began to grow very ambitious. When Palpatine was killed in 4 ABY, Aagon declared himself a warlord, taking the troops under his comman
