Weiller was a female prisoner of war with the rank of Lieutenant, who was held on the Havenite Hades Planetary Prison. She was brutally raped and allegedly murdered by Lieutenant Kenneth Mangrum, a member of the prison crew. The evidence that he did in fact kill her was considered inconclusive by the Military Tribunal that tried him, saving him from the death penalty.
