The primary city of Koronande was also the navy headquarters and the main commercial center of the Mûmakan. Housing the Koronandan Senate, it was also the seat of Government for this large realm. With all of these functions, there could be no doubt that Korlan was continually filled with merchants, sailors, politicians and criminals of every type. A trader of nearly any race in Middle-earth (no Hobbits) could be found here; not to mention that just about anything imaginable could be bought here. The walls and towers of the city were of a bluish granite, rising to 40' (12m) and 60' (18m) respectively. Korlan had one peculiarity though: it was actually two cities, connected by two long walls.
