The Roylans are a diminutive humanoid civilization native to the planet Royla. They have green bony skin and short eyestalks in black sockets, with scaly bodies and clawed digits. They have five fingers on each hand and four toes on each foot. The shape of the bony marks on their heads vary widely from individual to individual. They appear to be a peaceful culture.
