The Twin Heads, also known as the Twin Head, is an enemy from Final Fantasy III. This monster is found in the Cave of Tides and is a decently powerful enemy for the time it is fought, often encountered in groups with other enemies. Physical attacks are the way to go, as this fiend has no weakness.
