Holding a large mirror in its hands, it began to glow as Eos spoke through it. It informed Kratos Atlas had been freed from Tartarus, subsequently taking Helios from his rightful place in the sky. Pleading Kratos to take the Sun Shield, the statue urged him to look for her in the Caves of Olympus. As her powers weakened, Eos' essence left the statue, no longer able to communicate with Kratos. That instant, Kratos journeyed forward to find Eos.
