After losing their Nuva symbols to the Bohrok-Kal, the Toa Nuva had tracked them down at the Bahrag's imprisonment place and thus the Second Bohrok Nest Battle occured. Tahu first tried to use the Vahi to stop the Bohrok-Kal but it didn't have any effect since the Bohrok-Kal were so close to completing their mission. Gali then found out that if the Nuva Symbols could absorb, they could also give energy. Each Toa fed the energy into the Bohrok-Kal through the symbols until they were overpowered and destroyed.
