High Executor Wroth is the leader, and a quest giver, of Venomspite in Dragonblight. He is cruel and merciless in issuing kill orders. When the Torturer's Rod is given to him, he reveals that he had been a royal torturer himself before undeath. He is on 3½ minute respawn timer.
