HELP! WE'RE FAT!!! was the debut episode for a series of videos for the Healthymagination YouTube Physical Challenge, to create better health for more people. The first episode, HELP! WE'RE FAT!!! was a call-to-action video, asking viewers to give them ideas on how to loose weight. A week later, Fat Kid Kung Fu!, Fat Kid Slide Fail!, and Riding a Fat Kid! were released, showing 3 of the ideas that viewers had suggested. On March 22, 2010, Smosh released a video called "7 Uses of a $10,000.00 check," saying that their videos had gotten the most views in the contest, and they had received a giant check for $10,000 because of it. They ended up donating it to the Millennium Promise charity to help end extreme poverty.
