The Calash Monastery was a monastery located on Bajor. In 2373, Vedek Latha Mabrin held a retreat at the Calash Monastery around the time of the Bajoran's Days of Atonement. (DS9: "The Darkness and the Light") In 2375, Kai Winn was scheduled to visit Calash. She canceled it, along with an appearance before the Vedek Assembly, for what she said was "study and meditation," or so she told Solbor. She was actually going to spend time with Anjohl. (DS9: "The Changing Face of Evil") According to the script for "The Darkness and the Light" , Calash was pronounced as "KAH-lash".
