Raptorian is a Secian Heart Cleric of Sa, bond of the Sapphire Drake, Caylith Golanth, and engaged to Luminita. Tall for a Secian, he is skinny (despite his diet) and sports short light brown hair. Raptorian is the self-proclaimed "King of Sugar," referencing his disturbing proclivity towards eating raw, unrefined sugar directly from sacks, and his claims that he has amassed an actual mountain-sized pile of sugar "somewhere to the north." Given that Secians do not lie, it's hard to dispute his claims... but then, Raptorian has never been considered a paragon of sanity. Certainly one must accept that HE believes them.
