The Great Sambino[[:File:|[, ]]] is a quest giver located on the western end of the Silver Tide Trench in the Shimmering Expanse of Vashj'ir. Sambino is a neutral Bilgewater Cartel Goblin who is a novice member of The Earthen Ring. From the quest dialogue leading to finding Sam you can tell that the Earthen Ring does not see much room for improvement, because he doesn't seem to be taking his role seriously.
